In the Onsite Model, a specific aspect of the delivery is achieved by having iMark resources onsite at the customer’s site.
This model involves much higher costs compared to the Offshore model & is usually adopted to collecting information and kickstarting an engagement or where direct and continuous client interaction is desired at each step of the engagement.

HYBRID |

Hybrid Model is the most adopted to have the best value and outcome from a cost/performance basis.
In this case most of the engagement happens offshore except few activities (10 15%) that requires continuous customer interaction and which needs better alignment for understanding of customer requirements.
